Technical Requirements

Some degree of familiarity in the following: 

• Build, manage and troubleshoot VM servers for development and testing 
• Active Directory administration and management 
• LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation. 
• Network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management. 
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively. 
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. 
• Interest to mentor/train/assist other staff as needed and as requested. 
• Records and submits weekly timesheets detailing client work throughout the week. 
• Routing and switching design principles, best practices,and related technologies. 
• Operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. 
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records. 
• Network configuration to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. 
• Interfaces with 3rd parties to facilitate manufacturer warranty support. 
• Willingness to attend onsite visits with clients to ensure technology is up to date assist sales.
